Take your old stock bolts with you to use as a guide. Basically the new bolts will be the same size diameter as the old ones. As for the new length, take the stock length and add the width of the spacer to the over all measurement. Pretty simple. You can buy them a litle long, but just make sure if the whole bolt isn't threaded that when you tighten it down there will be enough thread to let you do so. You don't want to end up not having enough thread on the bolt to get the sucker tight before it runs out.
